Dr Joosab Medical Practice conducts pre-employment medical examinations, occupational health assessments and driver’s or Professional Driving Permit (PrDP) medicals for individuals and employers in Overport and the wider Durban area. What does a driver's or PrDP medical check?

The examination follows the requirements set out in the National Road Traffic Act and covers vision, hearing, blood pressure and a general physical assessment used to determine fitness to hold a driving licence or Professional Driving Permit. As with any medical assessment, the outcome depends on the findings on the day.

The office was already closed but when I asked him to please confirm it was chickenpox he went out of his way to accommodate us. He even walked us to the Pharmacy to prescribe the medication my daughter and I could get with his discount. My wife offered to pay and he refused. Absolutely recommended him.
